Payment & Cancellation Policy

Only Reservations - no Walk-ins, please. We appreciate payment by credit card at the time of reservation. If you prefer to pay by check, please make out check to TWC in advance of meeting. No cash payments, please.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend, please cancel by Friday, December 5 - 5:00 PM. TWC is charged  for the number of reservations as of that date. After that date, your reservation is non-refundable.
